Q1: What is the processing capacity of your gold dredger?

Our jet suction gold dredgers range from 250m³/h to 500m³/h depending on the model. The standard model (Product 1) delivers 300m³/h with a 10-inch pump, while the large-capacity model (Product 2) reaches 500m³/h with a 14-inch pump. Actual throughput depends on slurry density and dredging depth at your site.

Q2: What is the maximum dredging depth?

Our standard models operate at 6-15m depth. The deep-water model (Product 5) is engineered for up to 30m depth with a high-pressure jet pump and Venturi booster system that maintains full slurry density at depth.

Q3: What material is the hull made of?

All our dredger hulls and pontoons are fabricated from Q355B high-strength marine steel, offering superior corrosion resistance in abrasive river environments. Expected service life exceeds 15 years with routine maintenance.

Q4: What is the gold recovery rate?

For models equipped with the integrated gold washing system (Product 2), the recovery rate reaches ≥92% using multi-stage sluice boxes with gold-catching carpet. For standard jet suction models without onboard processing, the recovery rate depends on your downstream processing equipment.

Q5: What engine brand do you use?

We offer multiple engine options: Weichai, Cummins, or Yuchai diesel engines. Power output is matched to the pump size — typically 150kW to 450kW depending on the model. Specify your preferred brand when ordering.

Q1：What is the working principle of jet suction dredger?

A：It relies on high-pressure water pump to spray strong water jet to loosen underwater sand & silt, meanwhile the sand pump forms negative pressure to suck sand-water mixture, then transport materials to shore or barge via discharge pipeline for continuous dredging work.

Q2：What materials can this dredger handle? What sediment is NOT suitable?

A：✅ Suitable: loose river sand, silt, mud, fine gravel, soft sediment, lake sludge. ❌ Not fit: hard rock, dense clay, large stones & boulders (easy to block pipeline & nozzle). For hard soil, cutter suction dredger is recommended.

Q20：What are wearing parts? Can you supply spare parts?

A：Wear parts: impeller, pump casing, nozzle, rubber hose, seal ring, winch steel wire. We have spare parts warehouse, can send spare parts together with main machine or separately via express at any time.

Q21：Maintenance cycle & difficulty?

Structure has no complex transmission & cutter structure, daily only check oil level, pipeline tightness, pump blockage cleaning; maintenance workload far lower than cutter dredger.

Q22：Can it extract gold sand while dredging?  A：Yes, we can add centrifugal gold centrifugal concentrator or sluice box on discharge pipeline to realize sand-gold separation.

Q23：Can work in seawater?

A：Yes, hull can do anti-corrosion marine paint treatment, pump use anti-seawater corrosion alloy material for sea dredging.
